Why did Congress win and its impact on stock markets....

Congress has always been a reflective of its own spirits....Its generally been found to highlight what they have done or what they will do......They have successfully led a coalition govt with strong ideological parties like Left within it....Its true that they could not come out with the many reforms that they had promised earlier because of coalition issues but at least they held the country well in times of global economic crisis. The terrorism factor was there (as always) and I feel that till 26th Nov 2008 Mumbai crisis, no govt ever took this matter as serioulsy as they have probably now.

The strong points of Congress had been its diversified nature....Educated ministers led by Dr.Manmohan Singh (undoubtedly the one if the finest economists in the world), an foreign lady with a great personality and leadership quality and exuberence of youth led by Rahul. Sachin and the likes.....

BJP, on the other hand, in spite of showing the strength of being an 'industry friendly govt' lacked the basic qualities of beong a leader......

"A leader never defeats others.....He always wins or tries to win...." BJP's main campaign was to highlight the drawbacks of Congress. And this was visible in all of their campaigns, be it media, internet, public speeches, be it anywhere.....Now that is the main drawback of a leader......One should always highlight his own strengths and support it with evidence.....Had BJP kept quite when India faced the challenges and rather tried to bring the country to bettter shape, 2009 election outcome could have been different....This is a lesson for all.....And this something one should always learn in his or her own endeavours......

Coming to Stock Market, well, at last one might sigh in relief that the Left may not influence political decisions and that too when the new or the 2nd phase of structural BULL MARKET is about to start......The market participants will look forward to a govt led by Dr.Manmohan Singh who can bring out the much needed reforms with due respect to all adversites in place.....India wants a stable govt who can function without disruptions and yet not get carried away to create a US like system........Long Live India and Long Live Indians......

[This is my second post today.......See below for the first one "Hail Bull Market"]
