I was extremely happy to find Nifty touch my levels of 3950. This was the level predicted by me when Nifty was moving above 4450 with all positive sentiments.....
The wave generally do not lie....But yes, as I write about my emotional triumph, at the same time the markets made me frightened last Friday by closing above 4370 for 15 mins....That 15 mins made a huge financial difference to me and my clients. I was 100% right in determining the trend. But could not gain by shorting Nifty futures completely. But as one says "Penny saved is penny earned". Most of my clients saved money by selling out at 4450 levels. My hard work paid something.....It makes me happy....
Now what lies ahead?
As Nifty breached the psychological levels of 4000, many of the market participants have started to find targets on the downside even though they were all bullish till now....As I write, I am sure all of you are panic stricken with positions stuck in the market eagerly waiting to get out of this "hell"......But believe me, we are almost near to the bottom of the fall.....
Note the following points....
1. Sensex has the support around 13316 with some panic till 13200 levels.
2. Nifty futures has still some way to go (because of extension of time value) till 3820-3830. Maybe one can see the ultimate panic till 3770-3780......
3. At this time, one should simply buy shares without any fear. We WIL NOT bridge the GAP.....Instead we will head towards 4550 for the first target....(Do note the levels once again.) I am giving a target of 4550 when market is at 3900 with extreme fear......
So, relax and hold your shares for now. Buy afresh or to average your holdings around 3830. One can also start buying around 3900....
